Danny has spent 20 plus years as a ministry staff member in several churches, Christian Schools, and ministry boards. He has a passion and call for supporting leaders who serve others. Because of his own experiences, Danny understands that many ministers and leaders do not always have a safe place to process and grow. He knows that the demand of their position requires them to be the strong one - 100 percent of the time. The reality is that they need a safe place. They often can't share with their families and other team members because of confidentiality and fear of self-disclosure.

Many in leadership are hurt and suffer from burnout because they do not have a safe and healthy outlet. Danny has successfully worked with leaders to help them problem solve, debrief, and develop professional boundaries to mitigate the risk of burnout. Also, he has worked with leadership teams to help bring a closer dynamic and more beneficial communication that fosters healthy respect within the group. Danny helps facilitate a bridge within those teams using truth and respect. Without a strong team, a ministry will suffer and flounder. Danny bases his philosophy on the scripture that calls us to be salt and light; his goal is for leaders and ministries to grow and build strength in their effectiveness and for no one to walk away damaged.
